LARGE ASH TREE REMOVAL - MAIDENHEAD

We were contacted by the homeowner who was struggling to find a contractor willing to undertake the removal of a very large ash tree. Unfortunately the tree was in a severe state of decline from ash dieback and also had large fungal brackets at the base. The Ash tree was located in a small courtyard at the back of the property and the only way to access it was by going through the client’s home, which is a grade II listed building.

MIGHTY OAK PRUNING - FRILFORD

Due to its age and probably a few consecutive hot summers this oak tree had developed a large amount of dead wood and was looking a little worse for wear. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem however this tree is located on a busy golf course and in the interest of health and safety we were asked to carry out some minor pruning works together with removing any deadwood.

LARGE EUCALYPTUS TREE REMOVAL - OXFORD CITY

We were contacted by one of the universities in Oxford to provide a method to remove this large Eucalyptus tree.  Apparently the tree was planted in honour of Roger Bannister who back in 1954 ran the famous four minute mile. The reason for the tree’s removal was that it had outgrown the space and was putting pressure onto the old city wall.

A much loved project was planting a variety of large trees for one of the beautiful colleges in Oxford. The trees were sourced by the college and arrived on two large trucks.
